I will be getting a full set of angels wings, down past my behind- now I need to know about white as a fill. I have heard it fades. So wot other color would look ok-a light yellow or should I leave the insides of the feathers blank? But I worry that it will look empty, bcause the tat will be so large.
And I am abit gun shy about color, all my other tats are black.
I'm very fair skinned.

We never use white as a fill for large pieces, it tends to change to an off white. I would do your wings in black and grey, which will make them look more realistic/ classic . Going with color will not produce the same look,it will look more unnatural, cartoony .so it really depends on what you want them to look like. I never leave the insides blank because it makes the piece look unfinished. A good artist will be able to pull off really smooth light grey tones
while still keeping the image delicate and feminine.

do a black and grey, a talented artist will be able to shad it so that it doesn't look blank. here is an example of some wings that were done in black and grey but don't look blank, not that it's the only style that can be done but with the right artist you should be able to get the style that you want. http://www.ratemyink.com/?action=ssp&pid=31922

I think purple would look nice....anyway if the tats fade put some baby iol on them. Mine usually come back up. It sucks I know.

Than just do black/white/grey.. I think alot of color on a huge piece like that would be a bit much... just my opinion

i've always like black and gray tatoos...but if yo want some colors i like pink

dont get it...tattoos on a woman are a big turn off for me...but that is just me, but white sounds cool if you must still have it just because it is different from other black tattoos...
