I highly recommend seeing your doctor or dermatologist about getting a prescription for Retin-A or Diferin gel.

These retinoids promote cell turnover & encourage collagen production. They will help fight your acne & mitigate scars.

Use a mild facial soap in washing your face. And just a reminder, you should never use a body soap in washing your face. You can also check on some skin care products that are available in the market. But the best thing that you can do before using any of these skin products is to visit your dermatologist and seek some professional advice. If you want some resource on skin care products, you can visit this site. http://www.bestantiwrinklecreamreviews.com/ Hope this can help. ;)

Exfoliate. I like St Ives Apricot Scrub. Use daily. You can also get masks and use those once a week. Should help make your skin smoother. And use a good moisturizer.
