Buy a sugar scrub at the beauty supply stor and use it once a week. Use a mild soap when washing your hands or use one of the hand sanitizers with a moisturizer in it. They are less harsh than regular soaps. Put vaseline on your hands at night and then put on cotton gloves to sleep in. Your hands wil be soft in the mornings when you awake.
