okay, so im getting my bikini waxed for the first time and i was just wondering if youre supposed to tip and if so how much?

I am a licensed cosmetologist that also does body waxing. Depending on the time it takes (what kind of waxing you are getting done) I like to get tipped by how it feels and what it looks like when it is done. If your waxer does a horrible job then 20 percent would make you mad. But if they did a great job and they were very gentle and you enjoyed the experience, as much as you can, then 10 percent would be cheap. Here is how to tell them what you want waxed. The "bikini" is the area outside the line of your panties, the "french" is the area 1 inch on the inside of the line of the panties, the "brazilian" is a landing strip of hair straight up from the opening. The "sphinx" is bald. You would be doing yourself a favor to ask alot of questions prior to waxing and remember that it is going to hurt. Im sorry but that is the silliest question, of course it is going to hurt but it is worth it. Good Luck

Usually 15-20% from the cost of the wax is good enough. Good luck!
