I occasionally have this problem where my ears tend to get very sore and tender if I wear certain earrings. Some cheap earrings can cause that to happen. The metals they use to make the earrings could cause you to have a reaction and therefore bleed. It could very well be an infection. Maybe you should put some alcohol on a cotton ball and clean your ears from any germs or bacteria from around your ear. Also, wash your earrings before you put them in your ear...Good luck

Not all piercings are perfect; I have one that acts up from time to time [ pierced 35 years ago ] because it is a bit crooked.
Take out earring, and wash [ shower or bathe ].
Then clean your earrings with a Qtip and a bit of alcohol.
Put a dab of antibiotic ointment on ear hole, and a tiny dab on post or wire before you put it back in.
That's it! Repeat daily until it clears.
If you develop:
redness, or purple color
swelling
pain
discharge [ pus or other fluid ]
Then see a doctor.
