how much pain goes into that?! how much money and what is a good long strong design? should I get it?

I did a TCA chemical peel 2 days ago. The skin did turn a brownish pink, and I have been keeping neosporin on it, but I don't see it peeling. How much longer should it take to peel or scab? Is it normal that it hasn't yet? Thanks!

are they covered by insurance? i don't want my parents to spend alot of money to take me, i'd rather just be kinda funky looking. but if they are covered, to what extent? based on doctor/policy?

other than that, any advice to get rid of acne? its around my mouth and forehead, proactive and all that hasnt worked well. its not really alot of pimples, its just kind of red and splotchy.

im 23 and have always had pretty good skin but recently have had quite a problem with spots around my mouth. I drink a lot of water and have a pretty good diet. I have smoked but just given up.

Any advice? I dont use many creams or any make up

i got my belly button pierced on saturday and i am noticing around the top part of the piercing it is a little pink and inflamed looking. that is the only place it hurts. i have been cleaning it about 3 times a day, but i was wondering if it is normal for it to be a little inflamed looking. it seems to hurt a little more each day, but nothing too unbearable.

i play soccer and practice everyday and have been trying to get my tattoo for quite sometime now. its gonna be from my knee to my ankle. since i will be wearing long socks and sweating constantly will it have a major effect on the healing process and colors fading?

Some said before when I asked that once it wasn't swollen it was fine to change it, but someone else said to wait two weeks? Its not swollen and hasn't been for a few days, and didn't swell much to start with, doesn't hurt, doesn't bleed, hasn't been infected or anything. I want to go from the 20mm (I think that's the size, I swear its what she said, but it looks HUGE - I can't close my mouth without putting it sideways lol) to 16mm, so not much smaller, but a bit. As there is tons of space on each side of the bar, it doesn't hurt at all, its not been swollen, and so on - would it be ok? I can't get a hold of the woman who did it for me as she is on holiday so the shop's closed :/ Would it swell up again or does it only pretty much swell up once if you keep screwing with it? I mean there is no pain at ALL (except the side of my tongue where I bit a chunk on accident, but that's not related to the piercing lol) Thanks so much for all the help guys!!

My boyfriend is 22, he has smoked about 12 cigarettes a day since he was 17. We are moving in together soon, and he is trying to quit. I am sooooo happy for him! But how can I help him? Are there any of those "systems" that actually work when they claim to help people quit smoking?? I know how hard this is going to be on him and I want to help make it easier... Any suggestions?

It's almost Valentines day and I don't have a valentine. The girl I have feelings for let me down.

My social life stinks at the moment because my friends have all gone their different ways to different places and colleges.

I don't have a car so I can't go out whenever or wherever I feel like.

I look terrible at the moment because I don't care anymore.

I'm too shy to meet new girls and friends.

Just curious how many guys out there find freckles cute. I don't care for mine, mainly in the summer when they get a bit darker but I've learned to live with them cuz I know they arn't going away anytime soon. But a guy I've talked to a few times apparently said to his friend that my freckles made me really cute. Made me smile.
Which guys on here like them and which don't? I know everyone is different...just want to see opinions. Maybe you'll help me like mine better cuz the only ones I like on my are the ones on my belly and neck for some reason.

My skin is looking worse and worse as the winter goes on. The area around the bridge of my nose and my cheeks are very blotchy and I can't seem to even it out. I know this might sound like a stupid question to some ppl but...
Is it really necessary to get a facial every month and up to three days before your wedding date?

I was told that since im getting married in june that i need to start getting facials in March, April, May and then 3 days before my wedding day in June. Almost every bride i know goes crazy getting facials as well but...is this necessary or do brides just do it because thats what everyone does? Does this help the makeup artist or something? What is the real deal or advantage?

My skin is very very sensative and i do break out but i cant use acne scrubs or anything like that because it'll make my skin dry and flaky. Currently i am using St. Ives Apricot scrub for sensative skin but i still break out from time to time. I tried using the regular St. Ives Apricot Scrub but it still made my skin dry and flaky which is why i switched to the Sensative skin one. Am i suppossed to be doing something else as well?
