The area where I tweeze my eyebrows is green. My upper lip is also slightly greenish. It's weird, and I hate it. How can I get rid of it, or at least hide it? My makeup doesn't do anything.

It could be the roots of your eyebrows & if you have lip fuzz, the roots of those hairs.

Get good tweezers (e.g. Tweezerman) and grab the hair close to the root to make sure you pluck the entire hair.

For lip fuzz, get an upper lip wax or threading at a salon.

Have you talked to a dermatologist? It could be something that you are eating coming through your skin, like when babies eat a lot of carrots and squash, it turns their skin an orange tint. It could be something that you are using like shampoo, face wash, etc...that is having a reaction with your skin. I would talk to a doctor.
