Use Body Shop hand cream. it's not greasy or sticky and makes your hands feel fabolous! I've been using it for years and I've never had any problems with grease or stickiness! Either get it in your local bodyshop or www.bodyshop.co.uk

good luck

Get some sugar & wash your hands with it. This will exfoliate them & get most of the dead, rough skin off. Then put some vaseline on. I know this may be sticky but do this right before you go to bed & when you wake up they will be so soft! Also through out the day apply some good lotion to your hands & within a few days your hands will be softer than ever! I hope this helps! Good Luck :)

Always make sure you dry your hands properly after washing. If you carry a bag etc is it making rough patches on your hands? if so try gloves or a padding on the handle. Try a cream that is specifically designed for your hands and not oil based and apply before you go to bed. Then you won't have worry too much that your hands are oily and sticky.

Iam a Beauty Therapist, there is no point putting any cream on your hands until you are rid of dead skin. A quick, cheap and easy way of doing this is to put a bit of vegetable oil in your hand and pour on some salt or sugar and give them a good rub, then wash off, a more luxurious version of this would be a bought salt scrub. The best hand cream I have ever come across is Hand Cocoon by Garnier, apply when needed, esp in this cold weather. Good Luck !

try Lush Dream Cream, if your hands are quite rough, try rubbing them in sand first, then rub the cream into your hands - if you can, sit down in front of the tv and put plastic bags over your hands for at least 1/2 hour, this will help open the pores and the cream to soak in. After half an hour, wipe any remaining cream from your hands. Thereafter, you can just use the cream as normal hand cream - goes great on your feet too!

Use a good hand cream - Dove does a really good one that soaks in quickly and smell lush. They do a day cream and a more intensive night one. If you use the night cream, just before bed apply quite a lot, but dont rub it in completely, so theres a thin layer of it still on your skin. Then put your hands into clean, cotton socks and leave it to soak in overnight. You can get cotton gloves made specially for this, but I find that socks do the same job

I have given hand spas before and used a salt scrub to smooth those rough spots, then a body butter for deep moisturizing, and a lotion bar to seal in all the moisture you just applied. All the products mentioned can be found at Country Bunny Bath and Body.

They are fabulous and I can send you free samples.

Avoid lotions or creams that have lanolin in them as this is sticky and some people are allergic! look for a more natural product with Shea Butter which is hugely moisturising! Even get a small pot of pure shea butter and apply this to your hands, pop on cotton gloves and wear overnight in bed! I have done this with socks on my hands and it works perfectly too! For hand creams try L'Occitane for their shea butter range or Burt's Bees for a natural and non sticky formula!

Vaseline Intensive Care Healthy Hand and Nail. It is in a pink tube. I have been using it for a little over a month now and my hands have never been smoother. Also it strengthens your nails, which prevents them from breaking and helps them to grow longer. It is one of the best hand creams I have ever used.
