I did a TCA chemical peel 2 days ago. The skin did turn a brownish pink, and I have been keeping neosporin on it, but I don't see it peeling. How much longer should it take to peel or scab? Is it normal that it hasn't yet? Thanks!

I used 50% TCA and followed all instructions.

It can take several days before it starts to peel, so it should start to peel within the next couple of days. Please don't worry, it's all perfectly normal and your skin may take up to 2 weeks to look fully heal.

I did a 35% TCH peel 5 days ago. I didn't remove it for 8 minutes. It has started to peel on my neck, chin and under my nose. However, It isn't like a sunburn peel. I very carefully apply Vitamin E or Vaseline w/cocoa butter. I have to pat it on, cuz I'm afraid it's too soon. Aside from a 70% glycolic, this is my first real peel. Any advice about what happens now?

It sounds strange but not all peels are aggresive and make your skin peel ..... ive had loads.... the stongest (cold fusion ones) make your skin peel for anything up to a week..... so i think you an safely say that after 7 days your face should be fine
