I am not 100% on what this is called, but my husband had a horrible tattoo from when he was 17 and the cheaper alternative to laser is this acid stuff, they do it in the same place but it hurts like hell and takes almost as long- not as many sessions but longer ones.

They don't warn you that it's PERMANENT for no reason...be thankful for the technology these days & laser tattoo removal.

laser would be my method of choice to be honest.
cutting seems far more painful, and theres the option of scarrification but i wouldnt recommend it...
or skin grafting....but the scars would look worse than the tattoo
