Makeup - September 2006

I am a 2nd year college student. I am an Elementary Ed major but I am looking for some extra side money. I am not looking to make thousands but an extra two hundred dollars a month would be GREAT. I know I have to buy the 100 dollar starter kit. I don't really want to buy any wholesale product now, mainly because I don't have the money to. My questions are will not buying any wholesale hold me back alot and how does selling work if you dont have wholesale. I assume you just order as you go? I want to get answers from here because my director is too pushy.

and I wand VERY interested in maybe getting started with the company. Well I told the director that was there and now she is calling me all the time and pressuring me into buying my kit now. I still want to buy the kit but I don't wan't to buy it until I am ready. The unit she is in and I wanted to be in is so encourgaging they all drive MK cars but I am really thinking about finding someone else to join with. She told me all I needed to buy was the starter kit and now I know the next thing she is going to tell me is all I have to buy is 500 dollars in product! I need some advice.

Face it, ALL women could use makeup. There's no reason to look like a crack whore. I look completely natural w/makeup. But why not improve your appearance if you can? Every woman I know who says they don't wear makeup because they prefer the "natural look" could definitely use some. You still need makeup to pull off a natural look. I think when you wear makeup and have your hair nice and dress nice, it shows you care about your appearance and shows confidence.

I am very fair complected with red hair. I have a round face and blonde eyelashes with blue eyes. I use black mascara and eyeliner and usually neutrals for eyeshadow. I want something different that looks good. Have any ideas?

i have small eyes cause i am asian. i hate it because when ever i wear eyeliner it gets smudged a lot. it gets under my eyes and it looks messy and gross. whats the best eyeliner to prevent this or what can i do ?

I would like opinions for lip colour. Age: 46, Haircolour: Chestnut, Eyecolour: brown with gold flecks: Skin colour: fair, very slightly on the pinkish side - tends to get red in the sun easily. I would appreciate any help especially from cosmetologists, I have tried for years to get a colour/brand that looks right, tired of wasting my money. The look I am after is classic/classy, yet fine to wear anytime. I guess I want a signature colour. What I don't want is anything faddish. Thanks for any input:)

i have dark brown hair and dark brown eyes
1.should i apply black or brown liquid eyeliner?
2.or should i apply pencil?
3.should i apply on both the lids like up and bottom?
