What is the best way and best colors to use?

I am very fair complected with red hair. I have a round face and blonde eyelashes with blue eyes. I use black mascara and eyeliner and usually neutrals for eyeshadow. I want something different that looks good. Have any ideas?

Go for pale, pastel colors: pinks, blues, blue-reds (rather than orange-reds) and blue-greens (rather than olive-greens). Nudes may have a tendency to bleach-out your look and over-vivid colors can drown you out.
Try using a dark brown liner instead of black. Play around with light-colored eye shadows: pale blues, ivory, gold, lavenders, and find what you like! Have fun with it! If you're really daunted by the selection, ask someone at the cosmetics store and see what products they have on hand that would look good on you.

Make it look as much like you're without makup at all as possible. If you wear anything that shows any skin at all, make sure your face still matches the color of the rest of you. Too many women, even models made up by professional artists, look like they're wearing masks.
