Is there a way that I can get someone else to be my Leadership Rep?? Lets say I move and it's just inconvenient to get in touch with someone far away or lets say they're stalking me, would it be possible to change??

yes you can call customer care and tell them the issues you have. You can also call your DM she will also help you with getting changed

Each region has it's own leadership and actually location doesnt matter over much. My wife sells avon in Arkansas and has people under her several counties away as well as in Texas, Alabama and Kansas. All relatives who joined under her.

I don't sell Avon, but I do sell Mary Kay and its probably similar. My Rep lives about 20 mins from me, but my director lives in michigan (i live in CA). We talk on the phone a lot. But she has told me if i need someone closer to me she'd help me find someone.
So I think that if you talk to someone up higher, you might be able to switch. good luck!

yes you can geta leadership representative but you have to screen him or her regarding his/her capabilities and character. cause leadership is also all about character. Always remember that each and every one of us has his/her own signature as a leader that we leave on the people that we try to lead
