I agree with Relaxingangel, The Body Shop vitamin E is one of the best antioxidants to help protect skin against the environment and is lovely and smooth. They have a tea tree oil blemish stick ( a magic wand) to help combat those spots too.

The Body Shop have a wonderful range of skin products and you can try before you buy!!!

Apart from the creams/lotions etc that you can buy, a huge help is to adjust your diet, dont eat so much greasy foods or chocolate, and dont cover you face every day with make up. This will help a loy. Good Luck

If you've got oily skin, try using the Proactive range. It consist of a cleanser (cleaning scrub) with benzoyl peroxide, Toner and a lotion also with benzoyl peroxide. It made my skin clear up. It's been sold by the home shopping channel, but you can also get it on-line. www.proactivesolution.com

Good luck

PS. even the black marks that the spots left behind are gone.

benzoyl peroxide 2.5% dab that, be gentle on your face and moisturize lots! they havev not found a direct connection between acne and diet, but if you find that you break out after eating certain foods, (esp around the mouth) avoid eating them.

try neutrogina "on the spot" cream and a gentle cleanser like spectro gel or cetaphil!

Clinique's 7 day facial scrub is superb for getting rid of spots followed by any light moisturiser (even if you have oily skin).

Try a little toothpaste for spots. A small blob on the spot and left overnight will clear them up.

I have to agree with 'relaxingangel' on this one. BodyShop's Tea Tree products are sheere brilliance! I don't use them right now, but I have in the past. Right now I use NormaDerm from Vichy. And it's just as good! ;)
