I haven't done hair much.I have colored my own with a cap and trimmed it but thats about it. Do most people that start school love doing hair and are good at it w/out a license? I really want to try it.

Hi All.
am 21 yyrs old
I have used Head and shoulders shampoo for 5 years now, non stop, as i have dandruff.
i have used alot of hair straighter, which has made my hair go really really thin. am giving myself a break from the hair straigtners. also a hairdresser said to me i should change shampoo as using 1 shampoo for that long is not good. is that true?
is it bad using same shampoo for that long?
how long do i use 1 shampoo for? how many times to we need to change shampoo.
also i will need a anti dandruff shampoo which is fairly cheap like head and shoulders.
also am using coconut oil on my hair? is that good? will it make my hair go even more thinner?

my hair is hard to soft,especially at the back(it will always standing).it can be move down,but if my hair is long enough.but if my hair is wet,it is still hard to move it down.I've tried conditioner,but it didn't bring any difference.

I've tried shaving. That leaves black dots, like pepper flakes or something. Even if I could get past that, my legs itch horribly afterwards and if I try to shave again before my hair fully grows, I always somehow cut myself and cause red bumps. I currently use moisturizing sensitive shaving gel and a 5 blade vibrating razor, though I've tried many types. I soak my legs in warm water and exfoliate before shaving, as well as every other day after. After I shave I apply baby oil and every few hours I use a moisturizing lotion, but it only helps for half an hour, then I'm itching again, and I always have those darn black dots!

Waxing didn't work, it either did nothing or just broke the hairs down to stubble. I've tried hair removal creams and nair, they only burned my skin and did nothing to the hair(which is ironic considering I used it EVERYWHERE else on my body except my face and there was no problem). Epilators don't work either.

Can someone please suggest something

Hello, my friend dyed my hair garnier blue/black and we thought it was a temporary dye but it was permanent and we didnt realise untill afterwards!
Is there ANY way i can get it out???
Will the salons be able to strip it for me??
II really hate it and just want it out :(
I have naturally dark brown hair...I did have highlights in my hair and it was quite a light brown before i dyed it.

I have a flaky scalp and have been considering dreads for about a year. I dont consider myself not good looking by any means but I dont think anything sticks out about me, which probably gets me lost in the crowd, which makes it harder to impress girls Im sure. Im pretty conservative looking. Im a 22 year old white male, I have short black hair, dark brown eyes, pretty long face, clean shaven. What can I do to my look, which doesnt make me look too crazy as I tend to actually not care for people who try to bring alot of attention to themselves by looking crazy. Also how can I find out what hair style, color possibly although Im not too keen on changing my hair color, facial hair style and what not can make more attractive I guess.

Anything I ahve read on these "do it at home" items has been that they are bogus. Would laser or electrolisis places perform "everywhere" if you catch my drift? I'm hesitant to have lasers or needles anywhere NEAR there.... but the hair is a pain in the well, you know :)
