they make special products for your hair for a reason.... So you dont use stuff like mayo.... You can go to Sallys and buy almost anything you need for any look you are going for. Dont use mayo ... exactly why are you wanting to use the mayo?

I got this receipe off the web.
1/2 cup mayonaise (don't use salad dressing-that drys the hair)
Rub the mayonaise in the damp hair, then wrap your head in a towel so the mayonaise can do its job of deep conditioning the hair) Keep the towel on 20 min. then take the towel off and shampoo your hair thoroughly. It does work. If you shampoo it afterward real good, you can't tell at all you used something in your hair and your hair is soft and shiny.

it works wonders for ur hair all you do is dont wet it just put da mayo in your hair wait fifteen minutes then u wash it
