I found that I over-conditioned my hair, and it gets very sticky. How do I treat it?

Wash all of the conditioner out. I do that all the time. If you are over conditioning your hair then you need to make sure when washing that you are letting it go clean feeling that it may feel that there is not conditioner left but there is and dry as normal.

Use a clarifying shampoo to get the gunk out and then don't condition it everyday. It doesn't need it. Maybe you need a different conditioner, it shouldn't get sticky or make your hair look bad.

Use clarifying shampoo. I've used Pantene clarifying shampoo but I'm sure there are other brands as well. It strips all the build up from your hair. If you need to use conditioner use some that is made for oily hair so that you don't add anymore build up than necessary.
