From personal experience, and using these products on others.

a product called "Silk Therapy" by Biosilk!

and John Friedas "frizz-ease"

& make sure to get your trimmed every 3-5 months.

Also diet plays into this as well, make sure to eat healthy, exercise, drink water.

if you blow-dry your hair check out some products that are designed to protect hair.

Shampoo & Condition your hair, and you shouldn't wash your hair every day, because your scalp gives your hair already
natural oils.

Get leave-in conditioners, and make sure it's for moisturizing or whatever hairtype you have!

good-luck!

Biosilk. This will make your a hair sooo silky soft, smooth and shiny. They have shampoos, conditioners, and a biosilk shine something or another. Sorry had a brain lapse forgot the name. The are sold at beauty supplies or salon. Even supercuts has it. I can't even keep a barrette in my hair it just slips right out. Try it. I have all the women in my family hooked even my grandma lol.

Avoid Pantene, or any shampoo that contains Ammonium Laureth/Lauryl Sulfate or Sulfite in the ingredient list. Bad, bad thing for hair!

First, detangle your hair very well before getting it wet. You can also use a boar bristle brush to distribute natural oil from your scalp to the rest of your hair.

Use a hot oil treament about once a week. By oiling the length of your hair EVERYDAY however, protects it from heat abuse, wind, and harsh cold weather and gives it a real nice shine. It also keeps the tangles away and is great to use if you straighten your hair often. Too much and your hair will just look greasy, a few drops is enough for mid-back length hair.

You only need to apply shampoo to your scalp, this is where oil is produced. DON"T pile it all on top of your head in a big mess, either. The goal is NOT to tangle your hair.

Condition as usual. When you're drying your hair after washing, Keep it flowing behind your back instead of winding it up in a towle on your head. This again, keeps it from tangling, which when trying to comb out---could stretch the hair and break it if not careful. Wring out as much water in the shower as you can, and then drape the towel over your head like a veil, and then roll the towel around your hair behind your back.

While your hair is still pretty wet, use a wide toothed comb and do a nice comb out. Squeeze out some more moisture with the towel as you go. Condition your hair length with a couple drops of oil to lock in the moisture.

DO NOT BRUSH WET HAIR. Plastic brushes with balls on the end of the bristles are the WORST on hair because strands can get trapped on the spikes and rip out, causing little frizzies around your head.

So, basically, to keep your hair healthy you really only need shampoo, conditioner, and a quality oil like jojoba. Mayo and olive oil work well together as a conditioning mask for you hair once a week, too.

First of all, don't wash your hair every day, once a week is enough.
Use baby shampoo and a conditioner of Schwarzkopf (= the best).
Eggs yes but with cold water it's to messy.
Beer NO , because this dry s your hair complete out! It's only good to make curls.

no products do as good of a job as, this may sound really grose, but it totally works, mayo...get a bunch of mayo, and put it all throught your hair, and after an hour or two (two is better), you go in the shower, and wash it out with shampoo and conitioner...it may take two or three times at first, but if you do it on a regular basis of at least once a week/month, it should really work...that's what my friend does...

BioSilk Silk Therapy. Miracle Product! Only use a little bit, though. And always blow dry your hair on a low setting!
