I have very fine hair that has a lot of split ends. Along with regular trims is there a hair product that will help minimalise the damage?

I have fine hair too. Deep condition once a week. Get trims every 6 weeks. Watch out for the high PH Balance in shampoo and conditioners. Also loightly dry your hair. Dont be rough drying it. Styling products use the lowest number. Better for your hair. GOOD LUCK

Spend a little more on your shampoo and conditioner, get the ends trimmed as regularly as you can to minimize the damage to the rest of your hair, and limit your usage of heat styling products.

Hair is simply dead protein. Anything beyond the roots will not generate new cell growth. Though I'm Caucasian, I often buy products designed for African Americans because it helps to smooth out the hair follicles.

Don't use straighteners and try not to blowdry too often or at a high heat.

Use Krissell Protein Serum (for split end repair and protection) and Tresemme Heat Defence Spray (for when you do use straighteners or a hairdryer).

My wife has great hair and it all comes from diet. She uses nice products, but she is really good about taking fish oil vitamins everyday, she has flax in her breakfast... and she uses Redken Glass too, which I know helps a lot.

Buy an expensive treatment for your hair. If you cannot afford an expensive treatment, smother your hair in conditioner and it will dry, leave it on over-night and rinse the next morning. Your hair will be so soft and silky!

you could use leave-in conditioner. also, what i do is every so often you put olive oil in your hair. yea i knwo it sounds gross ut you kinda message it into your scalp and hair and leave it in for an hour. then you take a shower and wash it all out. it might take a few washes but your hair will be so amazing after.
just an idea
