I'm 27 with dark brown hair. This weekend I sat in my sink and pulled out about 20 stark white hairs from my head. I think they bother me more than anyone else. Not many people even notice them. However, I'm considering coloring my hair or getting low lights. I'm not sure what to do!!

OK - I have been contemplating this for awhile now, and I can't make a decision on whether or not to go darker, so here is the deal:

My natural color is a dark blonde. I had my stylist lightening my hair and ended up being a nice light blonde. For the winter, though, I had my hair colored a light orangey/brown color, which is growing on me, but I think I need to go darker. I have hazel eyes (mostly dark, dark green with brown in the middle) and fairly light skin (but not completely milk-white). My eyebrows are not those of a complete blonde, but they are not black.

Because all of my colors are very in-between, it's a hard decision for me, and I was wondering if a medium to dark chocolatey brown color would look OK for my coloring?

I am wearing a black and white dress and I have long brown hair. How do you guys think I should wear it? Straight? Curley? Wavy? In a Bun? In a Pony Tail? Go any Unique ideas? Also, please explain how to style it the way you think would look good incase I don't already know how. Thanks!!!

Oh yeah, I know this really isn't related to this question but I am singing "Ding Dong Merrily on High" and "Ave Maria". I am a soprano. And, I am sooo nervous I even told my parents not to come which would make me even more nervous! LOL

It seems like this to me because whenever someone's bald people make fun of him and stuff. Also, in Japan and other cultures they believed balding was the devil making men unattractive to women as a punishment for their sins

Thoughts?

I m a man in his mid-20s, with thick hair. I have lately observed in my shower that i have a lot of hair fall off, when i shampoo. I have counted this, and this is atleast 30 stands of hair. At other times, when I play with my hair, unconciously, i seem to pull another 10 strands of hairs or more. This has never happened to me, so far. I m used to having stronger hair. I m worried that i m going to go bald, like my friends in their mid-20s. Btw, I m on depakote 250 mg, which is a very low dose, compared to 1250 mgs that is normally prescribed. What complicates the issue is that i have a maternal grandfather, which is bald. However, both my parents, including my mom, have heathy hair. For more information, my mom's sister also has heathy hair. Is this something to worry about? Should i cut my hair short? Will it solve the problem? Or should I try a good shampoo?

My hair is thick, frizzy, wavy in some places and straight in others.
Should I perm it?

Hello,
I'm a 25 year old male and I really need a shampoo for oily hair. I need something OTC from a local store. I have tried H&S, garnier and a couple of other ones. None of them seem to work. If I wash my hair everyday, I'm fine but I heard that washing your hair daily causes hair loss. I don't know how true that is.
Please help!!!!!

A friend got permanent hair removal for her bikini area, it is done with laser, it is not too expensive, but she just broke up with her boyfriend and we are wondering, is it too weird for a woman to be complete hair free "down there"??? how is she going to tell a new boyfriend she is hair free??? IS IT OK FROM A MAN POINT OF VIEW OR IS IT A TURN DOWN??? HELP!!!!
She has done 2 sesions of laser, the hair is groing very thin and is almost gone, the woman at the SPA sais that if she stops now, the hair will grow a little.

Did it cover all the gray hair successfully? How many times could you wash your hair before having to dye it again? Did you find a downside in using this product?

I am 5'3''
Asian - more specifically korean (not so pale)
Not the stereotypical skinny korean - on the plump side
straight black thick hair

should i get
A) above shoulder haircut with sidebangs (already hav them) like when ashlee simpson had her shaggy short her when she had black hair

B) Just a trim and grow my hair
Keep the sidebang or grow it out?

right now its at an awkward stage where my shortest layers (which were up to my nose when i got a haircut last time) is now awkwardly above my shoulders, and the longer layers are just randomly behind my back probably a couple inches down from my neck.

Which haircut shouldl i get?
