wear a silk scarf on your hair, as you would a cotton bandana if you were dusting or something. wear only silk or satin, not cotton!

don't straighten it at night!! aaahh that's not the solution!! at night, you tumble around while you sleep, so of course your hair won't stay straight. just do it in the morning, and i don't think there is a need to shower before you straighten it. is your hair wavy or curly? it's not that bad! i always thought that wavy/curly hair was unique. straight hair just straight and bland sometimes, wavy is sophisticated. it shows that your casual but you don't mind getting on your girly side every once in a while. curly is sorta like you are always optimistic . if you have curly hair and you pamper it a lot and everything, it should look really nice

Since you have to do it again in the morning, just blow-dry at night and straighten in the morning. You're probably frying your hair with all that heat. You should start to use heat protecting gel. L'oreal has a good one.

When you go to sleep you should wrap your hair. Make a side part and brush your hair in a circular motion until its in one big tight wrapped circle (we call it a doobie in NYC) secure with pins where needed. Tie with a silk scarf while you sleep

When you wak up your hair should fall into place with a lil help from your fingers/comb brush styling aids.

don't turn a lot at night. Try to sleep in one position, or not move a lot too much. Moving a lot moves the hair which will undo ur straight hair.

pull it into a sever ponytail on top of head and bobby pin it around a large roller. if you don't move too much in your sleep or your hair's short enough you may simply do the pony tail without roller.

i'll give you a few that work on me...
1.try sleeping with your hair in a pontail?
2.try with your hair damp and flatiron it in the morning?
3.try to take a shower with a shower cap?
HOPE THESE WORK!
