I heard that eggs and mayo are good and probably olive oil too.
I also heard that vinegres are good too.

But u could also get moisturizing shampoos that come with a deep conditioning and it really gives ur hair neutrients it needs and it gets shinier. I usually use herbal essences but once in a while i use the deep conditioning, and once in a while dandruff shampoo too (cuz its there in the shower) so that my hair is clean.. and the dandruff shampoos and deep conditioning things sometimes have a bit of medication in it.

For your skin, i suggest just going to the mall and buying some peels or even better, go to the body shop and get their VItamin E face lotion thing. Its in a litle circular container. I wear alot before going to bed and when i get up i wash it off and most of its absorbed into ur skin. You want ur skin hydrated during winter.. moisturizing actually helps my redness and red blotches to go away!! try it!

out of 5"Egg is rich in protein, and the oil will moisturize your hair. After applying, wrap your head, go into the backyard, and imagine yourself sitting outdoors on a terrazzo in Tuscany.

1/2 cup honey. 1/4 cup olive oil. 1 egg.

1.Mix the honey and olive oil.

2.Scramble the egg and mix it in.

3.Massage into the hair, and let it sit for 20 minutes.

4.Shampoo out. Rinse."

apply olive, or coconut oil to your hair when its dry, and really soak it, then cover it with a shower cap, and wrap it with a hot towel. then leave it to sit for up to an hour. this is AWESOME for your hair, do it once a week, or once every 2 weeks, you will see a big difference.
Mayo will do the same thing, only it smells kinda gross, and eggs are really good for your hair, they will help add protein, which your hair needs..... also if you apply egg whites to stretch marks.... and allow it to dry, then rinse with cold water, it will help to fade them and tighten the skin over time. vitamin E is also really good for the hair!

Depending on the level of damage to your hair you can use my homemade recipe as often as once a week for soft lusterous ultra moisturized hair.

In a medium microwave safe container.

3 tble spoons of shea butter (melted in the microwave)

2 tble sp virgin olive oil

1 whole egg

1 good squirt of honey

For really thrsty hair add a slice of avocado.

Heat the whole thing and apply to ur hair. Wrap with Saran wrap for 1/2 hr to 45 mins rinse THOROUGHLY. A light re-wash may be necessary. Dry and style as you usually would.

Olive oil, mayo, shortening, lard....all ways to add oil/fat to your hair, if that'll help. (See also below re: eggs and apply to mayo.)
Egg albumin is probably a bit expensive insofar as protein conditioners go.
And you have to be careful not to draw flies.
