I have very short sideburns, only to the top of my ear. I'm thiking of growing them longer. Any tips on how long they should be? What's in style?

I am obsessed with making my hair grow because i got my hair cut terribly short and now it is nearly too my shoulders, I am still doing everything to get it too grow and i put mayonaise on it, it is a nightmare trying to get it out properly any suggestions!? Thankyou XxX

I have normally very dark brown hair. (my roots currently) I've had my hair lightened to a redish brown color. im wondering now if i try to dye my own hair at home...will the salon color turn a weird color? and what will happen to my already dark roots?! should i not even risk doing it myself? and just pay the billions of dollars to have it done by a pro??!

IM only 20 and have noticed a receding hairline since I was 18. Its getting worse and I dont know what to do about it. And dont say shave your head because my scalp is not pretty Ive got red bumps and freckles on my head I would look like a creature if I shaved my head. Im using nutri ox shampoo i hope that works.

I got a test perm (meaning only one strand was permed to see if it would hold). I don't know how to maintain it. A day after I got the perm I washed my hair and brushed it and was sad to see that it didn't last. Well, a few days later when I washed my hair again (I have uber long hair so it is a long process to wash it and it is done a few times a week), I noticed the curls were back.

How do I keep the curls once my hair is dry? Do I not brush it but just finger comb? I want to get my whole head done, but not if it is going to disappear when my hair is dry.

I am a natural medium brown hair girl. I have had to dye my hair every 6 weeks to cover grey. When my hair grows out and I can see the roots I love the color I see. I have tried everything from professional to the unpopular dye in a box and it always ends up turning orange after a couple of weeks. Has anyone ever had this problem and what did you do to correct it?

I tried an ashier color tone once and my hair turned green!!!
