I have straight hair, but i have no clue what to do with it, im tired of wearing it down and it looks hideous in curls. the problem is that sports pony-tails and buns dont work well in my school. any tips?

I just had my hair permanently straightened a little under a week ago and yes it is super straight. I use to wear it in a one length bob and now it is so pin straight that it does not curl under. Is my hair going to loosen up in time so that I don't have to fight with it to curl under? I also lost a lot of volume with the procedure, how do I get that back? Thank you so much for your time.

My hair is very very thin, very very straight (I have never used a hair straightener in my life...) and very very flat. Does anyone know any product or trick that can help me get some volume? And I also can't use a lot of product because it weighs my hair down and just makes it flater and greasy. PLEASE HELP!!

Do you think woman my age shouldhave shorter hair. My Mom who is 79 says it is time to cut my hair and to stop wearing jeans and embroided tops!!! I don't feel old and I don't think I look old. My High School student's are always in shock when they find out my age.

ok, it seems like the whole shag trend is taking over. like, in high school, it seemed like all the guys were trying it out and the girls always seemed to like it(with the exception of some old-fashioned ones). also, if you look at the ideal 'good looking guy' in teenage shows nowadays, he always has a shag. a few years ago, that spiked up from the front thing was everywhere and now it seems it's being replaced. do girls find the shag attractive? also, if you are like older(out of college) is still a style that you find cool or is it mainly a teenager thing?

I am a 24 year old female and I think I am starting to loss my hair. Every time I wash my hair then style it I brunch out or pull clumps of hair in my hand. This is starting to upset me because it happens ever time and I loss hair during the day. I am not very stressed out so I don’t know why it is happening. What I want are some tips for early hair loss. What are some things that I could add to my diet? What might I be lacking in my diet? Or is there something else I need to do? Should I go to the doctor about this? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
