on dry hair: Mix olive oil and honey, place it in the microwave for about 45 seconds then put it on your hair cover with a shower cap, leave on for 30 minutes. Don't rinse in the shower though, you may slip and fall from the oil, trust me on this one.

I have long hair that I color occasionally and when I feel like it's getting too dry I use this stuff by Nexxus called emergencee. It comes in a small bottle and isn't too expensive. It works really great to give your hair back it's moisture. As a day to day routine I make sure that I shampoo every other day just on my roots and condition everyday on the rest of my hair. Switching up your brands every few days helps to keep the body and volume in your hair too. But, definitely as a quick fix for damaged hair use the Nexxus.

U should buy Dudley activator , When or if u purchase it u wash your hair , then put some of the activator in , then come it out , if u choose to blow dry it , do dat before u put in the dudley , the reason i noe dis is because my mother has been a hair dresser for about 16yrs , and i am a worker of hers.

Olive oil, then wrap in hot towel for 15 to 30 minutes. Shampoo out. It really helps!

using a store product...pantene for women of color...conditioner and oil treatment works great when you use them together

Depending on the style, if it has a bit of a wave, use a product called "aquage", its a straightening gel and I swear by it.its great, expensive but great!

herbal essences smoothing creme is good. it has aloe in it - just work it through dry or damp hair and that should help.
