losing wight isint easy trust me i lost 35 lbs and it takes alot of dedication, determination and excercise

I walked a lot because it's easy, and substitued 1-2 meals with Target chocolate diet shakes - tasty! Lost 20 pounds over a couple of months or so.

well there is a diet called atkins you are only allowed to eat 20 carbs a day so you have to be really committed. but my dad lost 8 pounds in one week
