That should be fine. It's on the lighter side, but it's not an unhealthy weight. A person that is 5'4" should weight 120 or 54 kgs. 10 pounds under won't kill you. I'm only an inch shorter than you and I weighed 110 at one point and I still looked healthy. But it all depends on your frame. If it's small then you'll be perfect. If it's medium or large, your bones will show a little, just because you have that extra weight from the bones.
Go for it if you want. Drink 8-10 glasses of liquid per day (coffee, tea and juice are also counted as liquids), eat healthy, walk a few times a week for 20 mins at a time and you should be there in a couple months.
If you want to be there sooner, just increase your exercising, walk once a day, every day of the week, and in the afternoon do some aerobic or cardio exercises. Also be sure to drink liquids with your lunch, or anytime in the afternoon, as this is when you get most dehydrated.

i think ur weight should b 54kgs, whatever u should cut on ur rich in take. if u can believe me try this. in breakfast have a big bowl full of sprouts. u should add wheat methidana moong sabut nd kala chana as sprouts, add in it tomato, cucumber onions paneer cubes some roasted peanuts, soaked almonds, apple capsicum(red, yellow, green) carrot nd cabbage. basically any fruit or veg u can eat raw. all mixed lemon squeezed with some chat masala. Have lots of water, nimbu pani without salt or sugar. cut on intakeof sweets, carbohydrates, fried food.in lunch try nd hve dal nd vegitable only with lots of salad, nd same in dinner. do regular walks morning nd evening nd some yoga if u hve time. i have not written for d sake of it but practiced it myself to reduce as much u want, nd i have seen d results. good luck to u

walking for around 1 hour and pranayam with a regulated diet will help u reduce ur weight.

i don,t think that 20 kg weight you should reduce but if u tried yoga & pranayam then you can substantially reduce ur excess weight
