I'm going out on Friday and I really need to impress this guy. Got any good hair ideas? I have asian hair, becuase I am. Its the worst. What products should I put in? I am not someone who is good at hair.

Naturally curly hair.. I'm gonna get a perm to tighten up my curls since a few years back I relaxed my hair (which I wouldn't reccomend to anybody.. seeing as my hair was never the same, my curls never came back the same).. I was wondering *how often I should wash my hair* and what products are good for it.. to maintain the perm and keep it healthy for as long as possible. I know to wait a few days after I actually get the perm before I wash it.. Are there any good shampoos/conditioners that you know of? All I have right now is some pink lotion but it never did much for me unless I hot combed my hair. Thanks, any advice is appreciated!

It's not like SUPERRR FRIZZY. It's just not the type of hair that stays in the place I want it to stay, and to get it straight and under control, I have to blow dry it straight & then use a flat iron to straighten it even more. My hair is like wavy/straight.

I can't get a perm because my mom won't let me. Since she's my mom, she says that my hair is fine. But I'm not confident with it, and I'd like to wear it down more often, but the frizziness prevents me from doing so.

Any advice?

Over the past year I've had a few more white hairs pop up at my temples (sides of my forehead). I noticed most people grow gray hairs at the crown of their head more than at the back or neck.

ive had thick hair my whole life and it looks fine when dry .. but when i wash it a handful just slips out..and i am noticing that over the past year its gotten MUCH thinner ... i heard i shouldn't be this stressed and eat more iron .. if so wat food have iron in them ?
