The SunSilk hydrating is AWESOME! I have very long hair with a little wave and this makes my hair soft, shiny, without split ends and flyaways!

I use a good cheap generic shampoo from Aldi grocery store. The secret to keeping your hair healthy is to only wash it 1 or 2 times a week. I just shower as usual daily and wash my hair on Saturday.

Kerastase by L'oreal. Its hard to find, and pricy. It's totally worth it though. The Nutritive collection moisturizes your hair without making it oily. A good website to find Kerastase is called Glamour 4 You. The shampoo on sale is like $20

Make sure you use a professional products, ones that you purchase from the salon. The "over the counter" products are more alkaline (have a higher pH) and are thus more damaging to your hair. The best products I have found are from Aveda, but they are really hard to find. You must purchase them from an Aveda concept hair salon or Aveda concept store.

Products for chemically processed hair, dry hair, and curly hair would be your best bet.

I love the Dove shampoos, conditioner and styling products. It's reasonably priced and my hair LOVES it! I get so many compliments on my hair now that I've been using Dove.

I like Garnier Fructis both the long and strong kind and the dry or damaged hair kind. I find that it gives my hair a nice clean feeling while making it soft, shiny, and strong.

I suggest using pantene pro-v "hydrating curls". I have very curly hair, and my sister has straight hair, and it works VERY well for both of us.
