my friend has this problem and she has already tried many shampoos like head&shoulders,nizoral, and the body shop shampoo.. bt nth can get rid of it!! can anyone tell me how to??

i understand how that feels.
I tried many before i found this that works for me:

Phyto Shampoo (Dandruff - Itching)
there are many ranges for this Phyto brand but the above work.

its about 25bucks from sasa or robinsons.

abit drying on the hair but can be easily solved by using a bit of conditioner on the hair ends.

once the dandruff clears up, your friend can find another mild shampoo to alternative with phyto shampoo. for me, i alternate with organics anti-dandruff shampoo.

I vote that you consult your hairdresser. But some time it isn't dandruff. There are 2 different things dandruff and there is dry scalp, I am not sure of the difference but if you treat it as one and it is the other you just make things worse. So I would definitely ask your hairdresser.

First use Selsun yellow for treatment.
Then use Selsun blue 2x a week for maintenance.

In-between, use Dove for regular daily washing.

Sure to work as Selsun conains selenium sulfide which stops and prevents scaling.

Use a teaspoon full of Vinegar when you shampoo your hair, Vinegar is an Alkaline.

easily, my sister had really, really bad dandruff and she started using T-gel, it smells really bad, but she doesn't have dandruff at all anymore, i sometimes also you fructis dandruff shampoos
