Okay so when clothes say - 24inch waist..

do they mean your waist.... or your hips..??

I know that sounds stupid but the majority of clothes don't even go up to your waist... if they are made to sit on your hips...how can the waist be measured?!?!?!

So do they really mean 24inch hips?

I have thick hair that falls a few inches below the shoulder, and a cross between a heart/square-shaped face. I also wanted to make my hair look less bulky in back by kind of razor-cutting the ends, but the lady who cut my hair said it would make it look like split ends-but my mom disagrees.

I am in grade 8. I am getting 57 dollars from goverment each month, But my parents are not giving me that money and I am too shy to ask them for that money.But when I need money for my school stuff or going some where they are giving me money, But when I want to buy clothes or stuff, they are not, because they think I already have a lot of clothes, but honestly I do but they are not pretty, most of them is ugly.Help me , please how can I save money to buy my own stuff???!!!!!Help please????!!!I reallyneed the answer for this question!!!!!!

For some reason I've been seeing all of these movies where they have the short haired tomboy and the long haired girl who likes the color pink... In opinion--not fact-- does the tom boy/sporty girl have short hair? Does the girly girl who likes ribbons have long hair?

I have really curly hair and i love it but i wake up in the morning and its really dry frizzy and knotted. When i comb it it gets even more frizzed and puffy. any suggestions that wont cost alot of money. Preferably natural remedies

my sister and I just got tattoo's I have had one before it was her first. It was my first color tat tho. We were told to use lotion but I used bacitration with my last one. Today is the second day we have them and my sister looked at mine and said that my color was running. Not blending together but coming off with the ointment. The color didn't appear to fade when we wiped the ointment off . I was told that it was just my skin healing and sometimes that happens and not to worry. Her's did it too. Shoule we be worried?

I just used loreal color zap to remove a light blonde color from my hair, I left on for a long time, but I can't see any difference in the color. Is this normal for light blonde colors. Should I wait to re-color (I'm going to a medium brown)?
