Seamstress in Phoenix Arizona?

I need a costume to be made for me. Anyone know of a highly respected (but not too expensive one?)

I need a Very outrageous (showgirly) But decent looking Mayzie La bird costume. For out school play. I already have the design for it. I just need what sort of materials to buy, and someone to actually do the work.

Go to a drycleaner's- they usually have a tailor working there. If you give instructions they might be able to make it.

what kinda costume do you need.... we live in the phoenix area... and my mom can sew really good she has made me costumes for 3yrs in a row.... what do you need...
