No, I don' think so. Stretchmarks are scar tissue caused by tears deep within the dermis. They are too deep to be treated with laser resurfacing. However, non-ablative lasers which penetrate the deeper layers of skin, without removing the top layers of skin can help stimulate collagen and elastin to reduce the appearance of stretchmarks. However, I think you'd need maintenance treatments to maintain the results indefinitely.

I'd try a presription cream such as Retin A to help your stretchmarks.

Over a lot of time, yes. But if the stretch marks are wide and white, they may never go away. Purple stretch marks can slowly disappear.
