I have no breasts obviously..so would i go for the smallest size ?

the back of my hair is pretty but a little bit damaged, the front of my hair is horrible, like all frizzy and i try to "sit" it down but nothing works, i have tried hair serum, straightning, and i dont want any of that anymore, because instead of helping your hair you are just damaging your hair, so can you help me by telling me what are some good effective homemade remedies or Homemade Hair Conditioners, anything that is not chemical. thanks.

I play tennis in the sun for about 5 hours, and I'm out all day even when I'm not playing. I'm really tan, and never have been sun burnt before in my life. But my family said they are starting to notice sun damage on my cheeks. I don't want to put sun block (chemicals) on my skin... Do you have any natural ways to keep the sun off of the face?
I already wear a hat...
