yes i have oily hair and the stuff in it makes my hair looks sooo much better.

I have not used herbal essences myself. But I use Sunsilk Anti Flat and I love it. They may have a shampoo for oily hair. You don't have to buy salon shampoos to clean your hair.

You need to use shampoos that come from the salons. They have the right pH balance for hair. Shampoos bought at Wal Mart or drug stores are not very good for your hair. Talk with a stylist at your local saloon and she will recommend something for you. Hope this helps.

no one of my friends has oily hair and she uses suave it the best for any time of oily hair (mild-severe)
