I've heard "eat more chicken with the skin" like wings. The oils in the chicken are natural to the body and will make the hair shiny from the inside out and probably last longer than all the other ideas as long as you eat it...

Ive tried it before and I don't think it worked. The avacodo is sooo hard to get out of your hair especially if it is thick. Same with bananas.

That seems kinda gross to wash out of your hair.

I think your best bet would be to use a deep conditioning treatment (you can buy them any drugstore)... VO5 Hot Oil I've heard is good... I use the little tubes from my mom's hair dye boxes...

There are also things called shine serums you can use... Frizz Ease by John Frieda is a good one, you can also buy that anywhere.

Have you tried eating healthier inside, to see the results from the outside instead of putting all these fruits and vegetables on your head. I heard a good protein diet works well.

Yes it is a home remedy. Avocado, eggs and almond oil. You mix all together, put a plastic bag over your hair and let it absorb for 20 minutes.

in college, we used just plain mashed avacado. Kept it in our hair for 15 min then washed. Don't know if it really made that much difference, but it was sure fun & messy
