Go for 2 shades of blonde. A honey blonde and a cinnamon, caramel blonde. That will look so good with your dark hair and more natural. Black with blonde hi-lights might appear a bit skunkish although trendy if you want to go for a bold statement. Spring is coming and people tend to go a bit lighter for that summery look. I think black with blonde highlights would look like you were practicing for Halloween early. Go blonde because it will look softer and prettier, but let a professional do it for you. I think you'll be disappointed if things aren't right.

I pesonally prefer you go blonde, because if a guy was wearing black with blonde highlights, I would always assume he was gay.

Go blond if you're going to be retro. Black w/highlites if you want people to think your stuck in 1999. (do you still wear your pants around your ***?) Shave your head dude. You'll look great and the girls will want to rub baby oil on it.

blonde, the black with blonde highlights does not sound apeeling at all.
