i recently got two shirts from my cousin for my birthday that says "build a bridge and get over it" and "my head us up here"

My hair was dyed a medium brown with a semi-permanent by a professional three months ago. Yesterday, I went to a salon to have my hair lightened, but she only put the lightener on my roots. She waited until I told her I didn't like that my hair was two different colors, until she said that color won't lift color. She said the only way to lighten my hair would be by putting highlights in my hair to gradually lighten the color. I spoke to the manager, and I'm going back to the salon tomorrow. I want ONE single color in my hair, not highlights! What can they do at a salon to lighten my hair color (that'll cause the least damage)? I had a color correction (I went from a black to a light brown) last year, and she didn't use bleach.

I'm asking this cause some ladies told me those kind of pinafores are coming back. I even know a woman who makes her girls, 13 and 11, wear them at home. The girls don't like, but it's their mom law.
I also know of a mother who made her 12 or 13 year-old boy wear one as a punishment for bad behavior (which I dodnt approve of).

I bought a really nice shirt, it looks and feels like satin (but thicker) and has a leather belt going around the waist. Does this sound office appropriate, if I wore it with a black pencil skirt? I don't think it looks like going out clothes, I bought it for work but for some reason now I'm not sure, as it does look satiny....

I'm looking at some jeans to buy and the sizing only comes in waist sizes. However, i know that jean waist sizing is different from natural waist sizing. I want jeans that fit low on my hips, and my regular pant size is a 1 ot a 3. My waist measurement is about 26 inches, hips are about 36 inches.

My face has gotten somewhat dry,and the light oil free moisturizer i am using is not working right now.what is a good Moisturizer thats oil freee,but still gives realy good moisture.Something i can buy over the coounter of course.
