The last time I went to Charlotte Russe, which was not too long ago, they had really cute dress that were only 20 bucks! That is a really good price. I would have bought one if I was going to attend a certain event.

you can try Dressbarn, Layne Bryant, Anntaylor (also Anntaylor loft), or go the mall. Lots of places have sales and clearances going on these days.
