I am not able to buy the good perm that the hair salon's use.
So what's a good perm that last long and is for sensitive scalp that I can buy out of the store?

the best way to go is professional, ask for Mizani... best relaxer you can use:) it runs about 45$ but well worth it

The best perms are Dark and Lovely or African Pride. They're the best.

I've always used Motions, it's the best basically the whole Motions line is really good, you can get their perms, shampoos, and hair grease.

The reason I use this is because it has a good conditioning system that will help prevent breakage. I also find that they have a pre-relaxer treatment (many relaxer kits don't offer that) that you put on the relaxed portion that will also help prevent breakage.Good Luck.
