For chicks - abdomen, hip, nape of neck.
For guys - just above pubic region, thigh, calf.

I already have two small ones hidden, but I want one more. I think the sexiest part for a tattoo on a woman's body is the lower back. I have seen many women with a tattoo there and I like it I think it's a sexy spot. Good luck

I think sexy locations for guys to get tattoos are the chest, lower stomach area and near the hips and the upper back.
Sexy places for ladies to get ink is feet, thighs, ribs/under the breast and the top of the back

i love backs and arms in general. but not if it is a lame tattoo. so what are you planning on getting? if it's tribal or some kind of played out flash you'd be better saving your skin and money. get a custom tattoo. they look better than the junk that so many people have. research a great artist and find something wonderful.

I have 9 over my body, mostly not seen in public... I've been told that the sexiest one is at the nape of my neck.... just slightly hidden... sense of mystery.

i think hipbone tattoos (not actually on the bone, but around the area to accentuate the bone) are very sexy... VERY sexy.
