i know that in formal and work- like circumstances, shoes are more acceptable, especially in the work place. but i prefer trainers myself. i like the fact that they are comfortable on your feet and they're not just for sport and other lifestyle and recreational purposes. i also prefer trainers because of the different brands, designs and colours. plus of the fact they have become something of a popular cultural icon in the past 30 years or so. of course there is the issue of people being paid crap wages and treated inhumanely in factories as those in indonesia, taiwan, china- all for producing and making the trainers. this has to be addressed
so out of the two, do you like shoes or trainers (or sneakers if you're american) and say why? also state what are your favourite brands of shoes and/or trainers

hi everyone,i need to color my hair in next 2months nd i`m worried as to choose which color.i cant take a risk coz tht will be der on my hair on the d-day..i`m fair black eyed girl i really need to know which color nd from which company as i colored my hair thrice b4 nd my hair has lost all its shine nd thickness.i had it done in the salon itself nd used colored hair conditioner nd shampoo..still..actually the last time i colred my hair it was a mess nd i changed it to dark brown the next day..probably thts d only reason for the disaster.i dont wanna repeat it all over again..i think golden brown suits me but still anyother color which can look good on me.??.i dont want anyone to laugh on me.plz help plz..is coloring ua hair harmful to hair?????? plz help me i`m dead serious..

im planning to give my cousin, who is going to china next week some presents so she can give my other cousin over there. i wanna wrap it and all.. but im afraid that it might get opened during check-in?

I bought some expensive wide fit long leather boots last year and I can't zip them up this winter. I've always had large calves but would really like to make an effort to slim them down and make them more shapely. Any ideas for exercises anyone?

I'm 25, 5'7 and 130 lbs. I've NEVER been skiing and I want to look fashionable and cute. I've got a BEBE black puffy ski jacket and black knee-high furry boots. What can I wear with these 2 and still keep warm? Some type of warm legging? Tell me where I can buy these items too. PLEASE HELP!
