Oatmeal Milk and Honey Facial Wash
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons finely powdered oats
1 tablespoon runny honey
2 tablespoons warm whipping cream
(if you have this 4 drops lavender essential oil )
Warm the whipping cream in a microwave. Do not burn or boil it, just warm it lightly for about 15-20 seconds.
Combine the honey and whipping cream and stir well to dissolve honey. Add oats and stir. Let sit for 5 minutes.
Add essential oil and stir again to ensure the mix. To use, wet face and scoop mix into palms. Rinse well and follow with toner and moisturizer.
This will last in the fridge as long as the date on the heavy cream.

The facial cleanser I have doesn't have sugar, you can check it out if you want to.
An antiseptic mouthwash makes a wonderful astringent for cleaning your face. Check the ingredients to make sure it does not contain sugar, then use as follows. Wash your face with warm soapy water, and rinse. Dab a cotton ball with mouth wash and gently wipe your face as you would with any astringent. You should feel a pleasant, tingling sensation. Rinse with warm water followed by a splash of cold water. Your face will look and feel clean and refreshed.

I am allergic to just about everything you can name, including most soaps. One of the few things I can actually tolerate-- and one of nature's best cleaners is probably the one fewest people know about.
Clear, fresh tap water. My MD / nutritionist told me 30 years ago that you should actualy only apply soap to the dirtiest parts of your body, and that if I were to rub my face vigorously in running tap water every morning, it would be as clean-- safely-- as if I'd used some harsh soap.
So my health tip of the day is to wash your face-- your whole body, except the dirtiest parts (anal area, hair)-- in clean, clear water right from the tap. I STILL only apply soap to my anal area and my hair, 30 years later, and I've never been told "Geeze! You stink!"

ketchup and cicso lard. Mix them together at 350 degrees in the oven for 40 minutes, and then apply directly after you take it out by dipping your face in the face wash. Once dipped, apply smashed up potato chips (BBQ).
Or you can use water+baking soda. That works very well!
