I have naturally wavy hair that after washing it, curls up quite nicely. I've been told by hairstylists when I go for a haircut or whatever, that I can keep these curls by not brushing them out and just putting curl activator or gel/mousse in and scrunching it. Well I purchased a curl activating spray from the salon and tried using it today; it worked ok but my hair still looked "unbrushed." It looked like I'd just gotten out of bed. How can I have my hair looking nice if I can't brush it?? I want to keep the curls, but if I brush it out, they just flatten out. Advice please?!

I have oily skin and whenever I use mascara it smudges under my eyes. Does anyone know of a good product I can use to stop this? I do not put creams under my eyes and have tried a matte concealer under them also neither of these worked for me. Any tips would be appreciated.

Ok, I want to get a tattoo and need a little advice. I want something that symbolizes freedom, I just broke off my six year relationship with the biggest loser this city has to offer. Unfortunately I am tied down to him forever because we have a 4 year old daughter and I am 8 months pregnant with our son. Yes, I am waiting till after his birth to get my tattoo. Please give me ideas of tattoos and where it should go. Again think freedom- nothing rauunchy I am a mom now. Thanks guys!

Temp, direction, shampoo only, shampoo + conditioner, soap or body wash, scrub or lather, time?

Me: I face away a scalding hot stream of water. I use just a dot of shampoo and conditioner (I have a shaved head). I'm a soap man and lather only most mornings; for evening showers, I scrub thoroughly with this great loofah piece. All in all, my morning showers go by quickly: never more than 7 minutes. My night showers go on for as long as 15-20 minutes. How do you shower?

I asked for it for Christmas, but it's a little short notice and I might not get.

I'm 15 and the last perfume I had was True Star Gold and I loved
that.

I don't like things that are too heavy or floral scented.

Ok, my friend is getting married and I'm gonna wear black dress pants and black heeled boots, but I'm clueless on a top. My mother is about 54 years old and about 5'3. She has wheatish complex (East Indian origin) and is of medium build. I was wondering if anyone could provide me with some tips that I can give my mother on how to dress well for her new career as nursing director for a large hospital. Are there are any online sites where I can see hairstyles and clothing styles for women by age? How about tips on how to apply subtle makeup (for a beginner).

My mother refuses to change her ways but I'm convinced that, if she gives herself the chance, she can look more presentable and beautiful than she already is. Being a guy, I'm completely at a loss when it comes to understanding women's fashion and makeup so I would appreciate any tips and advice. Thanks!
