Picture on a Wallet?

I have a friend who is looking to have a picture of a guitar onto a wallet for a friend of hers, but doesn't know a place that does that? I need to know if there is a place that does it, preferably cheap?

Allow me to further explain (stupid me), she would like it so you can feel it, like an embroidery.

depending on the material, you can turn the pic into a transfer and iron it on the wallet.

if its leather...a leather shop or shoe shop might be able to emboss the pic on it
