Try using a volumizing conditioner. I know, you probably are thinking you don't need any more volume LOL. But, volumizing conditioners will coat the hair so it is less suseptible to frizz. Also, CitreShine shine spray works well and so does Enjoy or Biosilk (both on the pricier side) at eliminating frizz without making hair look greasy (you only need a little). You should be using a shine spray or serum everytime you use a hair dryer or straightener.

Weather and nuitrician can play a part in dry frizzy hair, as can over reliance on heat styling. Make sure you are getting enough fat in your diet. Cod liver oil supplements could help. I'd visit a salon and start with some quality products, including leave-in spray treatments and thermal styling aids.
My hair frizzes in humidity so I use a flat iron on the lowest possible setting and never without first applying a thermal styling spray to the problem areas. There is a learning curve with flat irons and I recommend a light touch.

My hair is like yours. It's so hard to control dry and frizzy hair specially during winter. I've been using the Aussie products (Moist shampoo and conditioner). But I alternate shampoos once in a while and always use the Aussie conditioner. I like the Essential shampoo from Trader Joe's also. And lots of Leave-Ins after you wash your hair. Dry hair absorbs a lot of the Leave-In conditioner. So every day put a little bit. I decided to put my hair in a pony tail for the winter and that has helped it to not get so dry.
Good luck!

use a good hair oil and try john frieda frizz products, they help, they worked for me n my curly hair. If u have straight hair after washing it, add a little baby oil. put few drops in ur hands, rub ur hands together and run ur hands thow your hair, try avoiding the roots, it'll make your hair look creasy

Biosilk 'silk therapy'.
Enough said, it is un-f******-believable.
Trust me. You won't regret it.
(don't buy their shampoo or conditioner though, just the 'silk therapy').
