Ok, my friend is getting married and I'm gonna wear black dress pants and black heeled boots, but I'm clueless on a top. Maroon Oriental Top, Black Tank with Teal Jacket, Black Tank with White Over blouse, a bright red tank with a pale green sweater, a dark red turtle neck or a mint green turtle neck?
I'm concerned about the white, but I don't want to wear too much black.

I don't own a dress or a skirt and this invite kinda came as a surprise. I didn't even know she was dating. But since we are both only 18 I wasn't expecting it.

I would go with the maroon oriental top. They are very in right now, a little fancier, and can totally be dolled up with jewelry! Go for that! Besides, the color is great for this season.

I think the Maroon Oriental Top sounds really cute. You could wear some big chandelier earrings and maybe some chunky bangle bracelets.
The white would probably not be good for a wedding. Too much black could also look bad for a wedding.

The black tank with teal jacket sounds lovely. Classic dressy casual. I'd avoid the white just because "some people" might raise an eyebrow. And the teal jacket will keep you from looking like you're in mourning.
The red tank/green sweater sounds ookie.

The maroon oriental top sounds real good. I just attended a wedding myself and i was thinking of getting an oriental dress (qipao) because they seem so classy. I ended up being a bridesmaid so I couldn't wear what I wanted:-(

Just go out and buy a nice black dress- you can brighten it up with a cute belt or shoes. Plus you can wear a black to dress to just about any type of occasion.

I think the mint green top would be the cutset especially with a pair of studs and some bangle bracelets.

Alex, you could have at least asked me! If it is that oriental is the one with the flower, wear that one. You look hot in that and you would wow everyone there.
