replace any oils you cook with w/ olive oil as often as possible. and drink tons of water.

Eat green fruits and vegetables. Drink milk everyday . Also have a glass of fresh lemon juice. lemon will purify your skin and make it glow.
A bit of exercise is also necessary so as to increase the blood circulation which will make your skin radiant.
Avoid make up and let your skin live in the fresh atmosphere.
