Beauty & Style - 22 December 2006

I am a college student from a not so rich family, not poor though. I live on my own, and my money goes mainly for tuition and food. I don't buy my clothes at K-mart, but I don't want to plurge 200 bucks for one designer shirt. I do buy nice stuff at the mall..but I don't feel right spending an arm and a leg for some designer crap...yet my roomate affirms that designer **** is the way to get the ladies to notice/like you ... is it true that you girls get turned off if we don't wear the latest trends of designer ****? Does it really matter that much?

I love her complexion and her eyez so pretti. She has a great smile too. She's so perfect wish I looked that pretti. Anyway what do you guys think? She definetly a dyme!!

my bf is 22 yrs old and he had black hair all his life, then he started to notice that his hair changed its color from pitch black to almost redish brownish in about a week, and we both know for a fact its not a dye from shampoos or any similar chemicals, cuz hes got some grey hairs and that hasnt change its color...only his black hairs....can anyone tell me how could this be possible? and why?? will it go back to normal?

Something i read in a magazine said only 7% percent of women leave their pubic hair alone completely, the majority of people shaved their bikini line and 20% did a full shave/wax. Is this true? Is it not normal to leave your pubic hair undisturbed? I thought it was.....

well i want to get my ears pierced...i already have to two regular type but i want one in the corner of my ears and two above the one i already have one both ears.....I've never had trouble with jewelry and infections, so is it okay to put any earrings in new piercings?
and im kind of scared of it b'cuz my sister had this done about 10 yrs ago ( shes ten yrs older than me) and her ears got really infected, should worry even tho like i said ive never had problems with any type of jewelry?

My boyfriend has normal skin, but super dry to the point where his skin is gray in certain spots; which are his elbows and knuckles. I've given him some of my lotion to use and even bought some intensive care lotion for dry skin and it still hasn't solved the problem. Is there any other special remedy for this?
