It is a brown stripy scarf, i have only seen rockstars wearing them.

For some reason a lot of men will not wear a scarf, but they are in fashion at the moment. Anyway its bloomin winter who cares if they are in fashion or not.

Yeah definitely! I love seeing a man in a scarf. Scarves look really cool and comfy and cosy. There's no doubt that they're in fashion. I like a guy in jeans, a cool t-shirt and a scarf - maybe with a nice jacket.

Very much so. Start with a white round neck t-shirt then put a fine knit round or v-neck sweater over it with baggy jeans and white retro trainers. Then you fold the scarf in half put it round your neck and thread the ends through the scarf loop. It is quite short but looks v.cool

I believe that it is down to how they wear them. Just a scarf wrapped round the neck like a school boy looks rubbish but if you fold it in half length ways, then wrap around neck and pass ends through the loop then it looks cool!

scarfs look great on men and i dont think they will ever be out of fashion. I bought my boyf a lovely one from river island last year, its pink and brown really nice. He didnt wear it much last year i think he was wondering if they were fashionable but this year he hasnt stopped wearing it and he looks just so handsome.

Anything can be in fashion. If your brother likes it then fine, he can wear it and it will be in fashion FOR HIM. If he doens't like it, he can either return it or better yet, donate it to charity. There is some child who will appreciate a warm scarf.

i think so that scarfs arenot in fashion now neither caps but some would like to use it to protect themselfs from the heat and harsh rays from the sun.
i would prefer that he uses it during there is harsh conditions
